Cancellation Policy
Failure to cancel or reschedule 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time and no shows will result in a cancellation fee of 50% the service or treatment costs. This must be paid prior to further transactions. No refunds or transfers. Entouch Day Spa reserves the right to decline service to anyone, at any time & for any reason.
